☕WHAT YOU’LL NEED.
2 heap tablespoons of dried rose petal/buds (approx. 5-6grams)
Honey, to taste [optional]
☕METHOD OF PREPARATION.
Boil a cup of water.
Place 2 heap tablespoon of rose petal/buds into teapot.
Pour boiling water into teapot, stir and leave to infuse for about 5 – 7minutes. Swirl at interval.
Strain into teacup and enjoy as is or add honey as desired. Drink while it is warm.
P.S: It may have a mild laxative effect, make sure you’re where there is decent bathroom facility. you have been warned!😁
